Project CoordinatorLocation: MinneapolisState/Territory: MinnesotaDepartment: Power Delivery Project Services II DeptDescriptionProject CoordinatorPOWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Power Delivery Project Services Group in Maple Grove, MN. The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team working closely with Project Management, Production, and Project Services within our client’s Project Construction Office, this individual will be responsible for providing support to the project team and will be required to go into the office 2-3 days a week. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a good communicator, a self-starter, and have effective time management skills.Roles & Responsibilities
Working closely with all levels of management and disciplines/departments; and coordinating & communicating relevant project information to the team
Providing high-level coordination/administrative support to the client
Acting as liaison between POWER and clients as required
Assisting with client system access requests
Scheduling and attending project meetings (internal or with client)
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Required Education/Experience
Three (3) to Five (5) years of applicable experience
Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Strong attention to detail and a good communicator
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-related experience
Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and ProjectWise
