Presentation Specialist

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Presentation Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be primarily involved in creating and enhancing presentations, utilizing your expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and Office Suite. You will also be responsible for handling instructions from clients, assisting others in improving their skills, and ensuring quality in your work and others.Responsibilities: Create and enhance pitch books, presentations, and other documents using the Office Suite. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to enhance presentations and other materials. Handle and process instructions from clients in accordance with site procedures. Collaborate with and assist other presentation specialists in upgrading their skills and shortcuts. Perform reprographic tasks as requested by the team and client, requiring minimal supervision. Assure the quality of your work and the work of others, ensuring all tasks meet set standards. Exhibit excellent organizational skills, managing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Presentation Specialist or a similar role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Extensive experience with PowerPoint Presentation High level of familiarity with PowerPoint Proficiency in Excel Excellent graphic design and layout skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Team player with the ability to work independently when needed Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field would be advantageous.
