We are a specialty subcontractor in the commercial construction industry serving general contractor clients in MN, WI, ND, SD and FL. We seek an Operations Coordinator to join our team of excellent, long-term people who work well together every day.
The Operations Coordinator will:
- be on-site in Eden Prairie
- report to our company owner
- schedule our installations every day with our general contractor customers
- receive and track product coming in to our warehouse daily
- manage our vehicles' maintenance
- keep us supplied as needed with fasteners, tools, equipment
- maintain our warehouse (4,000 s.f.)
- support installations with product delivery to job sites when feasible
- stage product and paperwork daily for our installation team
- work and communicate collaboratively and professionally with our project managers, installers, office staff
- support and suggest operational improvement efforts
Ideally, the Operations Coordinator will be:
- organized
- a clear, thorough communicator in speech and writing
- patient
- physically able to manage items up to 125# unassisted
- comfortable with basic computing use
- familiar with commercial construction
- comfortable driving forklifts
- seeking a long-term fit with a good team
