Manufacturing Operations Manager – Aluminum Billet CastingRosemount, MinnesotaFull Time As the Billet Cast House Operations Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of our Billet Cast House operations. From production and maintenance to logistics and safety, you will drive excellence in everything we do. Your leadership will empower the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), optimize production, and foster a continuous improvement culture.Key responsibilities include:Leadership: Manage and inspire a high-performing Billet Cast House team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance operations through Lean Manufacturing and other process improvement methodologies.Operations Management: Oversee casting, maintenance, logistics, shipments, and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) operations.Training & Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure team competency and career growth.Budget & Performance: Achieve budget objectives and develop countermeasures when performance deviates from targets.Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.Who We’re Looking For:We need a hands-on, proactive leader with extensive experience in aluminum melting, casting, and operations management.
