Oversee daily activities of Administrative services support, manage workload and training schedules to respond to client needs, and help to ensure excellent quality and service delivery

Work with the Director of Administrative Services on client and time sensitive projects; collaborate with other managers within Administrative Services to share best practices related to service delivery, team leadership, and reporting in addition to improving workflow

Promote a teaming culture with shared goals and responsibilities; leverage strengths, specialized skills and diverse perspectives to help create a high-performing team; build strong relationships with counselees to promote growth and provide direct feedback to cultivate solid performance

Liaise with technology partners; understand technology changes at the firm-wide and functional level and provide training, as necessary

Coach, lead, and motivate a team of executive assistants and other administrative professionals to meet and/or exceed performance goals, while consistently looking for ways to advance team capabilities and performance

Act as a trusted business advisor to help advance, implement, and achieve client objectives and desired outcomes; use business and subject matter expertise to provide practical and relevant ideas and insights

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent, current management/supervisory experience with a strong focus on customer service

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to understand process and procedures

Ability to lead and embrace change

Strong decision making and problem-solving ability

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels; possess advanced time and project management skills
