Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including customer activations and architecture integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, providing Level 3 support for protocols like EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.
Manage and optimize Cisco network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, within a data center environment.
Ensure network security by configuring and implementing security policies, firewalls, and VPNs.
Create and maintain technical documentation, and provide advanced technical guidance to junior engineers.
