Description Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our client’s construction team in the South Metro area. This position will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes initiative, thrives in a small office setting, and enjoys wearing many hats. The role requires a proactive, organized professional capable of handling confidential information with discretion, managing executive schedules, and facilitating the smooth operation of executive office functions.Key Responsibilities:

Support the CEO by facilitating communication among internal team members, ensuring clear and efficient collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Manage internal communication initiatives, ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables.

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic travel arrangements.

Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, client presentations, and other executive engagements.

Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, off-site visits, and internal functions.

Assist with receptionist duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.

Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and meeting agendas for leadership.

Draft, review, and manage correspondence, ensuring professional and concise communication.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation, ensuring easy access and up-to-date information.

Support the billing department with accounting activities, such as processing invoices and collecting payments.

Assist with special projects, including research, data gathering, and coordinating cross-departmental efforts.

Oversee office supply inventory, ordering, and vendor management.

Support executive decision-making by compiling and summarizing relevant data.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software.

Prior experience in a construction environment is a plus.

Domestic travel coordination experience is required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and execute tasks efficiently.
