Description We are offering an opportunity for an Audit Sr. in a great publicly traded company. The role is situated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. The primary function of the role is to perform financial, operational, contract, and compliance audits with minimal guidance. Responsibilities: Conduct internal audits, including operational, financial, and special investigations, with minimal supervision. Coordinate with business areas on process and control documentation. Evaluate the internal controls of the company, including financial reporting controls. Assist business areas in improving controls and operational efficiency. Lead the performance of audits within set schedules, ensuring quality and compliance with department and IIA standards. Develop and maintain relationships with audit clients in business areas. Provide consultative advice and recommendations to business areas for process and control improvement. Perform follow-ups on assigned audit report recommendations to ensure the implementation of agreed responsive action. Lead multi-person assignments when necessary. Participate in special projects and assist in identifying departmental process improvements and industry best practices. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas - Field Services industry Proven expertise in Public Accounting Audit Demonstrable experience in Internal Audit Proficiency in SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and procedures Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in relevant software applications and platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Valid detail oriented certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) would be a plus Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines.
