As a Safety Account Development Representative (ADR), you will be responsible for ensuring NCSI customer retention, increased product adoption and package upsell. This includes hunting for leads, partnering with SportsEngine Account Managers on customer accounts and building an increasing demand for the use of NCSI’s background screening solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-starters and results driven.  Job Duties: Engage and consult with sports administrators to help them identify meaningful ways to improve their organizations with NCSI's background screening solutions  Develop a deep understanding of the screening industry, sports administrators, our sales strategy, and leverage provided tech stack to execute high touch, high-quality activity cadence resulting in 50+ customer interactions daily Position yourself as an expert in the background screening industry and NCSI’s solutions.  Assist new customers with adoption of NCSI solutions and work with current customers to upgrade existing NCSI programs. Understand the prospective customer or current customer, identifying opportunities and planning a creative and targeted approach for growth with accounts at every interaction Create interest with customers directly via telephone, email, and video calls learning about their challenges, position our products as solutions, and create new safety selling opportunities Own your results. Unwavering personal daily effort standards so that coaching centers around goals, sales skills & career growth Continue to gain advanced product and market knowledge to differentiate yourself and NCSI as both a technical and business fit Build trusting relationships with SportsEngine Account Managers to execute the territory and sport vertical plans Collaborate with other departments and functions to support assigned territory and facilitate the overall success of the team Maintain accurate daily record of sales activity using Salesforce.com and sales engagement / automation platforms such as Intercom or Outreach Perform other duties as assigned
