Customer Service Representative Upto $25/hr

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized person to join our Honest-1 Auto Care team. This role is critical to delivering the outstanding customer experience we pride ourselves on. You will be the first and last person many of our guests interact with — answering phones, booking appointments, coordinating vehicle service updates, handling payments, and providing occasional shuttle rides.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls: Book appointments, answer questions about scheduled services, and assist guests regarding their vehicles in our shop.Guest check-in/check-out: Greet guests at their appointment, confirm service requests, explain invoices, collect payment, and ensure a smooth handoff.Handle transportation: Provide local shuttle rides for guests to and from the shop.Bank deposits: Prepare daily deposit reports, ensure accuracy, and make trips to the bank.Support service operations: Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors to relay accurate vehicle information to guests.General office tasks: Cleaning of the customer area, stocking beverages/snacks for guests.Benefits:Competitive hourly wagePaid trainingOpportunities for advancementEmployee discounts on services401kMedical and Dental benefitsPaid time offMonday - Friday only, no weekends or late nights.Ideal Candidate:Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Basic computer skills (experience with auto repair shop management software is a plus) Prior experience in auto service, hospitality, or retail environments preferred but not requiredPI269646110 Apply
