Job Description:
We are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a client service representative you will be a voice of our company interacting with customers via phone and email. You will play a crucial role in building a positive relationship and promoting our customer loyalty.
What you'll do:
Manage new and existing customers, onboard & set up new customer, set up/modify contracts, provide service reporting, over see flow of product, respond to customer inquiries.
You will also enter customer orders and returns, set up logistics, invoicing & maintain deadlines. Resolve customer issues/concerns in a timely and effective manner. Light accounting. Along with a variety of other periodic tasks.
Build Customer relationships:
Offer customer feedback, provide impact reporting based on customer history & the benefits of choosing GES, work with Account Rep to offer and implement additional services.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with customers and co-workers, problem solving ability, able to multi-task, positive attitude.
Technical skills:
Familiar with CRM software, Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint), google docs, teams, some logistic knowledge.
Experience:
1-2 years experience with customer service preferred.
