Merit Chevrolet is in need of an Body Shop Admin. On a day to day basis you will be working with our Body Shop Manager to ensure that our Customers are given the best service possible.
This position is a key role for our fast moving, high volume Body Shop.
This is a great opportunity for long term employment with a Dealership that has been in business since 1949.
As a Body Shop Admin, you will be the key communicator that keeps the Body Shop department running smoothly. You’ll be working side by side as an assistant to our Body Shop Manager to dot all the “I’s” and cross all the “t’s”. You will be introduced to our Body Shop processes & cutting-edge technologies. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a high capacity to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, we can't wait to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Ensure repair orders and invoices handled appropriately for each guest
Compile needed documentation and verify vehicle info with the insurance company
Finalize all paperwork ensuring correct parts, labor, and costs applied
Maintain manufacturer specific & up-to-date knowledge on the product and services available
Perform administrative tasks to support the auto body shop's daily operations
Answer telephone and interact with customers about delivery and pick-up of automobiles as needed
