Trainer / Talent Development Specialist- Social Services

WHAT YOU WILL DO:We are seeking an energetic and engaging individual to be part of our regional training team for our direct care staff. Our Talent Development Specialist are crucial to the provision of quality services and are responsible for the delivery of specialized staff training, including, but not limited to:Facilitating new employee orientation and annual required trainings on a regional basisLeading virtual trainings using Zoom, GoToMeeting, and Teams as well as assisting with technical issues with participating staffEffectively use computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.…)Updating our Learning Management System with completions, classes, and crucial dataMonitoring of all training components: schedules, documentation, and materialsCommunicating in an ongoing, open, and direct manner with all levels of staff; specifically relating to training requirements and needsProviding support for other trainers, as well as, for organizational and departmental in-service trainingsCooperatively coordinate training services and resources with staff to maximize the benefit to persons served, programs, and staff
