General Labor (Full-Time)
Enestvedt Seed Company in Sacred Heart Minnesota is looking for the right individual to help with Seed Production. Enestvedt Seed Company is a small independent family owned seed company that produces, conditions and sells: hybrid seed corn, soybeans, wheat, and oats.
Description: General laborer is an individual who fulfills many different roles throughout production season. Duties in summary include: customer service, bagging, order fulfilment, delivering, spot spraying, mowing, filling and unloading bins, hauling grain, operating various equipment in the field and around the farm, detasseling, maintenance on equipment, seed sorting, shelling, and Repairing equipment.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
-Ability to work unsupervised
-Excellent mechanical aptitude
-Basic math skills
-Reliability and Highly Motivated
-Ability to perform physical labor, Lift greater than 50lbs continuously
-Work hours other than those considered “normal” to meet seasonal demands
Preferred Qualifications: (desired)
-Forklift experience
-Farm and/or seed production experience
-Ability to drive grain trucks. (CDL not required but preferred)
