Lab TechnicianSaint Paul12+ mths-$21.37Volt Technical Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Lab Tech with a well known industry leader in their Saint Paul location.You will be doing:
- Product development testing of tapes (PSAs) and liquid structural adhesives.
- Measuring material properties of standard products and new experimental materials for development and application engineering teams.
- Tape testing: including peel, shear, tensile, rheology, liner release, etc. Sample preparation: substrate cleaning, die cutting, lamination, etc. Would include training on relevant test methods and use of instrumentation.
- Adhesive testing: including dynamic shear, impact, viscosity, modulus, etc. Sample preparation: substrate cleaning, substrate modification, basic dispensing, casting, etc. Would include training on relevant test methods and use of instrumentation
- Reporting of data accurately with desired details (no data analysis required)Basic Qualifications:• High school diploma-Degree Preferred• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office software
