Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry, located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Responsibilities: Manage and organize both electronic and hard copy records to ensure easy access and retrieval. Process various financial documents, including check requests, purchase requisitions, and credit card statements. Maintain and track land rights records, providing comprehensive oversight of land rights legal documents. Prepare, review, and proo all legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in the creation and management of folders, contributing to overall office organization. Utilize Microsoft Office and SharePoint tools to perform various administrative tasks. Provide support to the new team member, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Schedule appointments, managing team calendars efficiently. Conduct contract audits to ensure all legal and company standards are met.
