NOW HIRING WEEKEND LASER OPERATORAPPLY TODAY!Job TitleLaser OperatorShift/Pay Weekend Shift F-Sun 7pm-7am (paid for 40) $21.25/hrDescription Operate and load laser machine with raw material Operate overhead crane when needed Prepares equipment to cut material by downloading the proper program to the computer Measures material before/after cutting to ensure compliance with customer specifications Makes any adjustments that are necessary to comply with customer requirements Makes minor repairs to ensure machine is running Accurately completes inspection reports after inspecting and measuring the material Unloads the tables and packages parts per order Performs basic preventive maintenance Clears trays and conveyors Will train how to program the machineSkills Math Laser Overhead crane (nice to have) Blueprint Machine operation Laser operation Shop math conversions; decimals and fractions Blueprint reading (will train)Benefits Once hired on , will buy them boots, and a company uniform Medical dental vision 4% matching 401k HSA - put in $500 to start Life insurance Quarterly bonuses Tuition reimbursement Open to training into different departments of the plant Family-owned and promote from withinWork Environment It is a manufacturing environment so it can get dirty and hot in the summer. However, they have very large doors that they keep open during the summer so it can stay pretty cool. They do have heat in the winter.
