Master Builder - Dura Supreme Cabinetry

Dura Supreme Cabinetry is hiring a Master Builder to work in our Howard Lake facility.  The Master Builder is responsible for the final stage of the “high-end” cabinet manufacturing process ensuring the product is ready for inspection and delivery. Looking for a skills and knowledgeable individual who has experience in assembly and wood working. You will be responsible for working independently to assembly the handcrafted cabinets. This job is both rewarding and an opportunity to grow and highlight your skills.1st Shift: Monday- Friday 6am-4:30pm Starting Wage: $22.00 per hour negotiable based on experience YOUR ROLE:Embrace the value of cross-training, where versatility meets opportunity, empowering you to broaden your skill set.Thrive in an environment that champions teamwork and collaboration, where every voice is valued, and collective efforts drive us towards excellence.Prioritize safety as a fundamental aspect of your role, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team.Learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while demonstrating a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.Provides input and suggestions for manufacturing capabilities of producing “high-end” special cabinets.Consults with R&D Technicians and/or production personnel about machining, material, and procedure problems.Reads move ticket and/or sketch to understand the “high-end” special cabinet to be built and identifies parts needed for the completion of a cabinet.Requisitions all parts needed to complete a cabinet.Assembles cases or installs doors, drawers, hardware or other accessories required to complete each cabinet using various equipment including nail guns, staple guns, drills, screw guns, saws and other equipment or machinery.Inspects all parts for quality during the assembly process, repairing or replacing parts not meeting quality standards and ensures all cabinets are ready for final inspection.Participates and contributes to a Work Team environment and follows Quality Control checks.Follows all Safety Rules and contributes to a safe work environment.Other duties as assigned.      Employee Perks:Insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, wellness programs, 401K, plus generous PTO and holidaysAssociate appreciation/recognition programsScholarship program for children of employees
