Building Location:Essentia Health Wellness Clinic HermantownDepartment:45150 Rehab AdministrationJob Description:The manager facilitates communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding planning and provision of services to persons served ages infant through adult. Directs performance of operations within the fiscal requirements, supervises staff, maintains compliance to regulatory standards, manages human resources according to Essentia Health guidelines, supports the mission of Essentia Health, and maintains effective working relationships with the management teams and team members. Manage services as part of a care team assembled to assure optimal customer service and clinical and financial outcomes.Education Qualifications:
This position requires minimum of 3 years clinical experience
Experience in a healthcare service leadership role preferred
May provide therapy services to patients, ages infant, child and/or adult, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education and consultation
This position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others
This role is open to PTs and OTs
