Marketing Campaign Design and Automation Specialist Our big brand, CPG client is looking for a part-time (20-25 hours/week) Marketing Campaign Design and Automation Specialist to join their team for a contract. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign creation in Salesforce-Pardot to support demand generation - set campaigns, build emails, partner to build landing pages, import leads, have all campaign parameters properly set by language, persona, etc. Responsibilities:
Work with Brand Experience to understand email needs, collect appropriate content, assets, and links
Be fully self-sufficient in campaign creation
Support testing of all emails for self-QA and for team review
Work with internal architect to confirm audience segmentation for campaign creation
Work with agile team, maintaining backlog of email support in Azure Dev Ops
Direct Pardot experience and be familiar with a B2B world
Collaborate with the internal architect in the development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurture, lead routing, lead scoring, lead qualification and lead management programs
Contribute to determination of campaign success measures / KPIs
Manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results, including inbound channel performance, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution and ROI
Configure landing pages with personalization and dynamic content to be used for various marketing purposes
Proactively propose new A/B tests, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities and best practices to improve campaign performance
Support training development and execution for other Pardot and Pardot Engagement users
Familiarity with Salesforce and Connected Campaigns a plus
Understanding of business cases & requirements and manage B2B Marketing automation implementation through Salesforce-Pardot a plus
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant discipline
3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Pardot (setting up & executing campaigns)
Robust experience with Salesforce-Pardot marketing & analytics tools and Salesforce Marketing cloud
Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; thoughtful self-starter that can easily jump in to a highly cross-functional role
Ability to prioritize and self-organize work to focus on the biggest opportunities; strong project management skills
A true passion for human-centered marketing and results that lead to an organization’s growth and success
Commitment to testing, learning, and continuous improvement
Ability to engage business stakeholders; ability to easily communicate complex systems
