Documents and implements work order procedures for new equipment/technology and the complete documentation of all system modifications. Responsible for installation and maintenance of Process Control Instruments, both pneumatic and electronic. Repairs, calibrates and cleans all instruments, pressure switches, flow tubes and gauges to ensure minimal downtime and efficient utilization of pneumatic and electronic equipment. Maintain flow of process insuring proper machine settings and speeds Monitor key process points and maintain records insuring compliance to established standards Act as a troubleshooter to identify line performance issues and assist in correcting them Install, adjust and repair processing equipment in accordance with specifications Maintains equipment utilizing a Planned Maintenance Program Insure safety of all employees by continuously monitoring compliance to safety procedures and evaluating processes for safety risks Responsible to oversee strict observance of all safety rules and will use extreme caution around moving machinery. Responsible for general housekeeping of maintenance and production areas, actively working toward a clean and safe work environment.
