Description We are in search of a skilled eCommerce Specialist - Product Merchandising Lead to join our team in Edina, Minnesota. In this role, you will be expected to enhance the online customer experience by ensuring the functionality of our website and its elements, leading projects for website improvements, and maintaining a data-driven approach to identify future enhancements.Responsibilities: Monitor and audit the website for functionality and accuracy of product information. Respond promptly to any reported errors and work towards their resolution. Lead and implement projects aimed at improving the online customer experience. Identify potential areas for improvement by auditing the current customer experience. Serve as the primary contact for matters related to online product finding and selection. Collaborate with various departments to fix issues, communicate enhancements, and improve the customer experience. Coordinate with external eCommerce partners to achieve department initiatives and ensure the best combination of price, service, and quality. Regularly report on key metrics and behavioral data to identify and prioritize potential future enhancements. Develop expertise in the Magento platform and related systems and data. Keep updated with new technologies, trends, or advancements that can enhance the online experience for our customers. Make necessary changes to the website’s merchandising as directed by the product and marketing teams. Uphold corporate core values to support our culture. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a detail-oriented services industry. Proven experience as an eCommerce Specialist or similar role. Proficient in Product Information Management (PIM). Familiarity with department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Demonstrated expertise in using Magento Ecommerce. Strong skills in Digital Marketing. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in eCommerce. Experience in Operational Audit is preferred.
