As a key member of this team, you will be a lead engineer/architect that helps drive the IT integration of newly acquired companies, minimizes business disruption, and ensures the company is maximizing the value of acquisition through integration.In this role, you will partner with Integration Engagement Managers and be responsible for understanding the business and technical requirements of the engagement. You will translate the business and technical requirements into solutions and level-of-effort estimates for implementing those solutions. You will be in a consultative role with the Business and Application/DevOps teams, anticipating their needs and applying the benefit of previous experience and expertise to the engagement. This position will lead the overall technical solution from definition to start of implementation while collaborating with other team members and departments to support solutioning, provide estimates, and build Statements of Work.You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

- Consider options, design, estimate and communicate solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs and are in alignment with business and IT goals / objectives
- Provide input on RFPs/RFIs/SOWs and produce documentation such as high-level architecture diagrams to support recommended solutions
- Provide reliable and trusted points of view of relatable customer integrations. For example, how other customers with similar needs have succeeded in their integrations
- Maintain technical knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to security and architectural solutions
- Work effectively in a diverse organization spread across multiple locations

- B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent
- 5+ years of leadership in IT business integration architecture
- 5+ years of IT background with knowledge in various technologies, hosting platforms and concepts/methodologies such as any of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Backups, Disaster Recovery, Monitoring, Edge Security, User Productivity Integration, Desktop, Application Hosting, Call Centers and M365
- 5+ years of Concepts/Methodologies - CI/CD, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Multi-Tier Architecture
- 3+ years experience with various security/regulatory processes including standards & issues involved in multi-tier cloud or hybrid applications
- Ability to discuss cloud architecture and principles of modern platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, etc.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales, consulting, or systems integrator role engaging with large high-tech organizations
- 3+ years of previous M&A integration experience
- Experience in identifying and cultivating business strategies, drivers and value principles as they apply to enterprise business transformation objectives
- Proven ability of developing relationships across technical, management, and executive levels
- Sound understanding of industry standards around data privacy, risk management, and compliance requirements
