Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth and timely movement of clients domestic shipments
Service provider selection and relationship management
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems
Proactively solution shipments for success
Ensure accurate and timely client billing
Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
Work closely and constructively with team members
Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers
Required Qualifications
College degree
Customer Service: 6 months to 1 year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate concisely to obtain positive results
Pro-active, strong organizational skills
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English
Strong desire to learn
Service oriented, shows initiative, and works with a sense of urgency
