Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance and RemodelingTechnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, remodeling and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment while providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance and Remodeling Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical componenets assist with indoor and outdoor remodeling.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Complete painting projects to ensure quality standards are met.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries.
Supervise maintenance staff when necessary, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Experience
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with painting techniques is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Carpentry skills a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
