Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Drive sales through effective merchandising
Manage inventory levels, including restocking products as needed.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their performance and development.
Skills
Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
Proficient in operating POS systems and managing cash transactions.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and store layout.
