1. This individual must possess a keen sense of attention to detail, unsurpassed quality initiatives, and concern for world class levels of productivity and on time delivery.
2. Ability to work safely and productively in a heavy manufacturing environment.
3. High understanding of CNC programming, reading programs, working with CNC controls etc
4. Experience required regarding the set up and operation of CNC Horizontal and Vertical Mill.
5. Prefer candidates have knowledge of a computerized tooling pre-setter system.
6. The ability to problem solve/troubleshoot is a must
7. Attention to detail – exercise special care to ensure machine is running correctly to avoid costly damage.
8. Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.
9. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
10. Must have general PC and strong CNC control knowledge.
11. Must adhere to all safety policies, including wearing safety glasses while in the shop area.
12. Ability to work night shift, weekends and overtime. These requests are generally done in advance.
