Job Title: Machine Operator / 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm!Job DescriptionAs a Machine Operator, you will primarily be responsible for operating various machines including die cutting, laminating, slitting, laser cutting, and kiss cutting. The role involves 75% machine operating and 25% inspection using micrometers and calipers. You will load machines based on work orders, determine the level of tooling needed, and control the distance of each hit to ensure precision. Additionally, you will set up presses according to guidelines, monitor production for quality, complete jobs according to specifications, troubleshoot problems, and communicate effectively with other departments.Hard Skills
