Demonstrates competence with clinical skills necessary to provide care appropriately to all the patient groups served by the speech language pathology service
Provides treatments as included in POC
Provides instruction in/demonstration of equipment, treatments, disease process, self care and exercises to patients, family, and staff.
Provides timely and accurate documentation of services provided in the medical record, per policy.
Communicates with medical, nursing and other Rehab staff
Staff will strive to provide service to patients or clients by filling our service promise of Kind, Compassionate Care, EveryPerson, Every Time.
Staff will maintain an awareness of overall safety in regards for all athletes, patients and clients.
