We're looking for a driven and dedicated Hotel Manager who isn’t just clocking in—but committed to excellence, accountability, and making an impact.

This is a results-based opportunity: your compensation is directly tied to performance, including guest satisfaction, sales-driven revenue, and overall hotel profitability. For the first 30 days, you'll earn a base weekly pay contingent on achieving key performance goals like guest reviews. After that, you'll transition to a profit-sharing model where you receive a percentage of the hotel's net profits (calculated from total sales minus expenses), rewarding your direct contributions to growth and efficiency. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate and manage a results-oriented team. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving high standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This position will be hired and trained at our Staples, MN location and then sent to one of our other locations across the country to manage their own location. Having a vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently.

Supervise and train staff in various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.

Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize occupancy, rates, and overall sales.

Ensure high levels of customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain quality standards in cleanliness and maintenance.

Maintain effective communication with guests, supervisors, and vendors to enhance overall guest relations and drive performance metrics.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Experience with front desk operations is preferred.

Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques to optimize hotel performance.

Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective guest relations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

First 30 days: Starting pay of $200/week, paid biweekly, contingent on achieving at least 10 5-star guest reviews per pay period. Bonuses for additional good reviews and incentives for task completion.

After 30 days: Transition to 15% share of the hotel's monthly net profits (calculated from total sales revenue minus all operational bills and expenses), paid out in biweekly installments (half each pay period). This structure directly rewards strong sales performance, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Ongoing incentives for guest satisfaction (e.g., 5-star reviews) and other performance milestones.
