Technical/Functional Skills -

MUST HAVE SKILLS Working experience on Datacenter facility and familiar with supported systems. Basis understanding of physical touch service assistance and troubleshooting assistance for devices install on Datacenter. Familiar with ITSM process and ticketing tools.

Roles &Responsibilities Monitor Systems Availability in the Data Center and report System failure to appropriate support personnel. Facilities Alarm Management Handle calls after 6PM CST and/or weekends (non – Business Hours) Monitor and respond to Service Desk tickets via Service Now Monitor Network Availability Perform First level support (N/w, Unix and Windows) Outage checks/Troubleshooting. Open tickets with vendors Data Center Environmental Monitoring & Testing Light use of VBScript or similar scripting language. Utilize BSM, Sitescope for Infrastructure monitoring
