We are currently looking for a Full Time Recruiter in the Construction and Manufacturing Industry
Office location Hugo
Experienced and Entry Level encouraged to apply
Must have following requirements and skills:
-Self-Motivated, Self-Starting, Great Communication Skills, Team Player
-Ability to develop and execute recruiting plans with the team
-Experience posting through ATS, Social Media, web resources
-Great working knowledge of Microsoft office 365, Excel, Word, Email, Google Sheets
-Attention to detail
-Experience or Education within Recruiting or Human Resources, 2 years preferred
-Ability to Evaluate applicants
-Construction or Manufacturing knowledge a plus
Duties will include:
-Respond to High volume of calls/texts/emails and applications in a timely manner
-Ability to source, screen, evaluate and qualify applicants
-Source candidates through multiple channels including Internet sourcing, job postings, social media, referrals/networking, etc.
-Conduct interviews and Evaluate applicants
-Assist with job fairs, college and high school visits, community events, etc.
This is a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multitask and have great organizational skills.
Must have valid DL, clean driving record. Must have a clean background.
Monday-Friday 7:30 am -4:00 pm, as needed for other events
