Job Title: TIG WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will use TIG or heliarc techniques to weld thin stainless steel, producing custom, short-run, prototype equipment for the food industry.Responsibilities
Perform TIG and MIG welding on thin stainless steel.
Produce custom, short-run, prototype equipment for the food industry.
Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
Use a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments.
Set up and operate welding equipment, including machine settings for various welding processes.
Perform intricate welding processes, both hand and machine, to develop complex fabrications to closely prescribed standards.
Perform fixturing and set-up as required.
Essential Skills
Years of welding experience.
Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding.
Strong math skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Welder qualifications per ASME Section IX and/or AWS D1.1 for GTAW, FCAW, and/or GMAW in Horizontal, Vertical, and All Positions.
Experience with intricate welding processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using a variety of hand tools and measuring instruments.
Ability to perform fixturing and set-up as required.
