Test Lab Project Manager

Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.The Lab Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This position requires an experienced Project Manager with a strong understanding of laboratory operations, project management, and team leadership.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Developing and implementing laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that laboratory operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization

Driving lab digitization and automation to improve lab efficiency and accuracy

Preparing and managing the laboratory budget, ensuring that all resources are used effectively and efficiently

Establishing and tracking KPIs that can be reported internally to drive continuous improvement in laboratory operations

Support special projects such as lab expansion and remodeling projects

YOU HAVE:

Bachelor of Science Degree in a related discipline

5+ years of Lab Management or Project Management experience

Proficient in using Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) for backlog management, progress tracking, and reporting

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

CAPM, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master certification preferred

Demonstrated experience of successfully managing laboratory operations and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex challenges

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
