Shop Helper$19 - $21.25/hr (Shift Dependant)Good entry level opportunity to cross-train and develop a variety of skills!Job Description:
Employees will start out assembling the products, engaging in basic mechanical assembly.
They will then cross-train into grinding, where they will hold a hand grinder to smooth out rough edges and polish the metal to a nice finish.
Further cross-training will include basic fabrication, where employees will cut metal to length using a tape measure.
Opportunity to perform basic spot welding.
Hard Skills:
Mechanical Aptitude: through previous work experience, school, or hobbies.
Desire to develop new skills!
Shift/Pay:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd available
$19 on 1st, $21.25 on 2nd, and $21 on 3rd
$.50 performance-based pay bumps after 90 days and after 6 months
Considerable amount of OT pay available!
