Mechanical Assembler

Job Title:Mechanical assembler M-THPay:1st 20/hr2nd 22/hrDescription:A production company in Ramsey, MN is currently hiring for shift Mechanical Assemblers. This compnay builds/manufactures workout/gym equipment including ellipticals, weight racks, tension weight machines (like a BowFlex) and many others. Employees are responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks required to assemble, prep sub-assemblies, and move completed units. There are 32 different machines they are responsible for assembling.JOB DUTIES: Complete assembly of various models of machines following established procedures. Move machines as required. Verify completed machines meet quality standards and initial paperwork. Use a manual and electric pallet jack. Perform other duties as assigned.MUST HAVE: The ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. The ability to bend/twist or turn repeatedly throughout the shift. 6 months of previous working experience is required. Preferably 6 months of previous assembly or manufacturing experience.Worksite Location: Anoka, MNHours: 1st Shift: 5am-3:30pm (4) - $20/HR 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 2am (11) - $22/Hr OT will run on Fridays and it is mandatory when it is postedBenefits: As a contractor, they are allowed to use the companies start-of-the-art gym.
