MIG WELDERPay Rate-$22/HR TO $28/HRJob DescriptionJoin a fast-paced production environment as a Welder. You will be primarily engaged in Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using weld fixtures and symbols to complete units within a set timeframe. This role involves performing an average of 2,000-2,500 welds per day, ensuring consistent cosmetic welding.Responsibilities
Perform Pulse (MIG) welding on mild steel using weld fixtures and symbols.
Load metal onto the fixture, weld the designated part of the unit, and unload once complete.
Pass the unit along to the next welder for further completion.
Maintain high productivity levels measured by the weld cell.
Ensure consistent quality in cosmetic welding.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing a weld helmet, gloves, weld jacket, steel toe boots, and ear plugs.
Essential Skills
Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Pulse welding.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
Skilled in reading and interpreting weld symbols.
Capability to work in a hot, physically demanding environment.
Good memorization skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in production-based welding.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in welding.
