Job DescriptionWork Arrangement:This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Detroit or Warren location three times per week, at minimum.The Role:The Inclusive Experience Project Manager is part of the Inclusive Experience Team and is critical to ensuring that GM has a multi-pronged approach to enabling inclusion through behavioral, tech-enabled, and embedded learning activations.They will create, advise, and support programs that strengthen DEI proficiency as well as inclusive and consistent behaviors across GM experiences. This role will work collaboratively to ensure DEI principals are embedded into our Company values and behaviors, as well into every aspect of the employee, customer, and partner experiences. This team member will be skilled at understanding the needs of our internal customers, creating solutions that include change management considerations, tracking progress and impact, and identify areas for improvement. They will work across the enterprise to drive embedded activations and solutions to support inclusive environments for employees, customers, and GM partners.Qualified individuals must have previous experience in journey mapping, change management, and conducting empathy interviews that provide meaningful and actionable insights. The Inclusive Experience Project Manager will be responsible for defining metrics to measure impact and tracking initiatives to ensure success. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, have strong project management skills, and the ability to pilot initiatives with agility to pivot when necessary. They will have leadership development skills that will support others in creating inclusive practices as well as possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.Responsibilities:
Cross functional collaboration for employee onboarding and training to ensure inclusion is considered throughout the experiences
End to end ownership of DEI onboarding materials for New Hire Orientation, new Group Leader training, and others identified
Ownership of GMs Inclusion Message site including ensuring timely, relevant, and accessible content is available to employees
Create programs and initiatives to strengthen and embed DEI principals across the employee lifecycle
Partner with a cross functional group to design, develop, integrate, and execute initiatives to support KSIs, and metrics/measures related to DEI. Work will be in support of inclusive experiences focused on areas identified but not limited to data provided by Workplace of Choice employee surveys
Engage in aspects of our various Customer Experience journeys to ensure they are created through the lens of inclusivity
Support requirements that enable an inclusive experience for GM partners and ensures our vendor partners live by our values and behaviors

Additional Job DescriptionQualifications:
At least 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in building and implementing successful change management or learning programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and experience
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate significant capability and experience developing and implementing content related diversity, equity, and inclusion principals through various modalities
Ability to utilize metrics to demonstrate success and impact on sentiment and perceptions
Ability to prioritize workload, be solution oriented and proactive
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred with focus in human centered / organizational design, change management, communications, business, or related field.
