Payroll Specialist

Actalent is hiring a Payroll (Time & Expense) Specialist for a permanent role supporting weekly payroll for our engineering and sciences services employees and consultants. The Time & Expense (T&E Specialist) ensures our employees receive superior service and accurate pay. The T&E Specialists will verify, monitor, and process the weekly payroll for their assigned portfolio. The T&E Specialist will also review, communicate, and ensure compliance with our companies’ policies and procedures. The T&E Specialist will be the liaison between OSG, Project Coordinators, and our corporate partners to ensure payroll and invoicing are accurate and completed each week within the appropriate deadlines. This position is open due to an internal promotion and along with career growth potential, offers hybrid flexibility (1 day remote/week) with full-time benefits and paid holidays/time off.
