We invest in vacant residential land in SW Michigan, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and other parts of Michigan, plus a couple of other states.
We're looking for just One person that can follow instructions, that has a great phone personality, confidence and able to call motivated leads to negotiate pricing & terms for vacant land. You'll be trained and coached on what types of land to focus on, how a successful conversation should go, what questions to ask, how to respond, how to describe what we do and how much to offer.
If you have experience negotiating anything, it will serve you well in this position. If you've done sales or customer service or anything involving working with, helping or dealing with people, this could be great. You'll earn a commission for each piece of land you help us buy.
We're based on Benton Harbor. You'll ultimately work from you home but we can train you at our location before you start working from home on your own. We'll provide a mobile phone you can use for calls & texts, plus an email address at no cost to you. You just need a quiet place to work from home.
Commission-only. Independent Contractor (1099). No hourly. No salary. Part-time, about 15-20 hours/week to start until your skills improve & you start closing deals. Mon-Fri 8a-8p. Flexible hours.
You'll be calling leads where the owners want to sell. It's just a matter of getting the right price in exchange for paying all-cash, closing quickly (2-3 weeks, sometimes less) and covering closing costs (escrow/title) for the seller and making it an easy and smooth experience.
