We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at our picturesque bed and breakfast. Located in the heart of South Haven, our B&B is renowned for its warm hospitality, charming ambiance, and mouthwatering gourmet cuisine.
Responsibilities:
Execute a seasonal menu that reflects the essence of our B&B and delights our guests' taste buds.
Set up dining room and prepare breakfast for up to 25 guest.
Collaborate closely with the innkeeper to coordinate menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable establishment, preferably with experience in breakfast and brunch service.
A passion for cooking and understanding of baking.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused approach.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
