Our care experts work to assist consumers with questions regarding appliances and have an opportunity to work from their home, or inÂcenter. While customer service is our primary goal, we also have sale opportunities, where your ability to sell can earn a monthly commission in addition to your hourly wage.Responsibilities:You will use your most dynamic customer service skills, as you engage with the consumer and help to resolve any questions they may have. Use the tools provided to you to help troubleshoot and gather information to ensure the consumer ends the phone call satisfied. Top performing representatives have the opportunity to be hired into Whirlpool after a ninety day period as well as become eligible for performance based raises. The customer care center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Part time hours will be scheduled during the stated hours of operation.
