property preservation/maintenance workers

Murphy Homes is looking for workers with maintenance and/or property preservation work experience. Must be able to work on your own and have basic construction knowledge. Some of the job responsibilities include taking photo documentation at job site, changing locks, window boarding, and routine home maintenance. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to work. pay ranges from 15-19 per hour.
