One of our clients is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to act as a liaison between system users and developers and ensure all projects meet established requirement goals. This is an exciting chance to work with a company that has a tight-knit corporate culture and excellent potential for growth.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop business process documentation and workflow diagrams
  • Work with staff across the organization to determine business requirements and system needs.
  • Take the lead in application testing and work with developers to develop, deploy and support business applications
Requirements:

  • Experience with Business Analysis and requirement gathering
  • Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service acumen
