BDC Representative - Call Center - Sales
Primary duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Establishing relationships and setting appointments for our dealership's salespeople.
Demonstrate track-record of success in a telemarketing role, automotive industry, and/or business development center background.
First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue and communicate effectively and efficiently.
Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
Preferable knowledge of manufacturing brands, models, years, etc
Preferable knowledge of working Microsoft Word and Excel
Communicates effectively with internet customers within established time frames.
Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
Sets up appointments for customers to visit the dealership for test drives and sales presentations.
BDC Position Requirements:
Must have phone experience either with collection and/or sales
Must have phone or sales experience.
Available to work some nights and Saturdays
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Outstanding phone skills and follow up
Be able to pass driving and background check
