Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pmDescription:This is a company that breaks down rocks (Aluminum Oxide) for companies. These rocks can be used for sandblasting, garage floors, sand paper etc. The Aluminum Oxide is not hazardous and is monitored. They are a small team of 12 on the floor. They are growing YOY and expanding the building this year.This individual will be doing a variety of production work throughout each day.JOB DUTIES:Main responsibility will be assisting with the daily production line operationsIncluding monitoring containers filling up with materialSwapping full containers with emptyRecording finished good weights in computer database and on paper, labeling finished product, and transferring material to warehouse using forklift.Using forklift 10% of the dayResponsibilities will also include shoveling, sweeping, and cleaning material on floor, organizing production area, and stocking empty containers.Physical labor requires lifting up to 50 lbs consistently and climbing up / down stairs throughout shift.Other general work to include assisting with prepping packaged material for orders including shrink wrapping packages, banding drums, filling 50lb pails.Some work required outside including filling garbage containers and scrap metal containers.Skills:forklift, production worker, Production, General labor, Forklift, General production, Packaging, PackingNice to Have:Production/Manufacturing experienceRecent Production experienceBest vs. Average:Hard workerGood attendanceMust be punctual and attend work every dayExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
