Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of professional work experience as a hands-on software developer, in any language; or 1 year of professional work experience as a hands-on software developer, in any language, and attended a boot camp or technical college degree program; or 3 years professional work experience as a lead platform support engineer (or equivalent title)
- 1 year of experience as a hands-on platform support lead
- Ability to read & understand Javascript, HTML, CSS code, log files, database tables, stack traces, or willing to learn
- Ability to write SQL at intermediate level
- Experience in high-scale production systems
- Clear, concise written/verbal communication
- Likes to roll up sleeves, get in the weeds, and deliver high-quality support daily
- SPA architecture
- Frontend: React, Redux
- Backend: Node
- Datastores: SQL Server, Elasticsearch.Cloud: AWS
- Lead the investigation of complex issues in frontend, backend, DevOps, data pipeline, and database code
- Own issue queue and resolution of issues
- Deliver technical documentation
- Divide and delegate new issues to team members
- Collaborate with engineers to understand and resolve issues
