A growing wireless internet firm based in Saginaw County, Michigan is seeking an installer for residential and commercial clients. The primary service areas will be in Genesee, Lapeer and St. Clair counties. The successful candidate must be able to utilize software applications to determine signal strength, run and install cables, mount internet and related equipment on structures, troubleshoot/repair/replace equipment, inform customers regarding operation, and record/document relevant information regarding installations/repairs. Prior relevant IT work experience and/or education/training is required. Additional requirements include excellent customer service and computer skills, a valid current Michigan driver's license with the ability to be immediately insurable under the company's policy, background checks, passing drug tests, lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, working from ladders/bucket trucks, working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions, and the ability and desire to travel extensively to complete jobs.
