Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the non-profit industry, based in OAK PARK, Michigan. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support, managing intricate calendars, and tackling various administrative tasks. This role will require you to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to foresee needs and proactively address issues.Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and booked Handle confidential communications, ensuring all sensitive information is dealt with in a detail oriented manner Prepare reports, compiling and presenting relevant information in an accessible format Oversee various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, and Kronos Timekeeping System to carry out tasks efficiently Manage About Time software to track work hours accurately Effectively manage communication, including conference calls and correspondence, ensuring information is relayed in a timely manner Coordinate executive meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made and materials are prepared. Requirements Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for managing financial tasks Ability to navigate and use Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing virtual meetings Familiarity with Concur for managing travel and expenses Experience with CRM systems for managing interactions with current and potential stakeholders Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for tracking employee time Proficiency in using About Time for project management Strong skills in Calendar Management, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments and meetings Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage and host Conference Calls Experience with detail-oriented Correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails and letters Experience in organizing and managing Executive Meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
