Responsible for diagnosing, estimating the repair cost, repair, communicate with customers. Willingness to learn and take direction. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and repair roofs and siding, including shingles, flashing, Vinyl, LP, and Cedar.
Identify and fix chimney leaks, replace chimney flashing, identify damage, and deterioration.
Warranty visits as needed
Interact professionally with customers, providing estimates with our software and addressing concerns.
Maintain accurate records of repair activities and submit detailed pictures and notes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in roofing and siding repairs.
Knowledge of roofing and siding materials, installation, and repair methods.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
Proficiency with repair tools and equipment.
A superior work ethic and attitude
Good communication and willingness to talk with customers.
VALID driver's license and reliable transportation to reach our office.
